Sticky Fingers and Crusts Galore, Our little peanut is turning FOUR!  The theme for my sweet little Emma’s party was inspired by her LOVE of pb&j.  This was seriously one of my favorite parties to plan (and yes…I realize I basically say this about EVERY party!!)  My Emma is a little spitfire who loves cute and silly things, so going overboard on the pb&j was perfect for her.  Everything was peanut butter and jelly inspired from the food to the games.IMG_0310 IMG_0367 IMG_0510 IMG_0359 IMG_0360

For the decor, I used lots of pink and purple (for her favorite jelly flavors, strawberry and grape) and burlap for a shabby chic peanut butter shell feel.  I incorporated a lot of kraft paper into the design too, to emphasize the peanut butter tan and play up the rough feel of the shabby chic.

We served peanut butter and jelly cupcakes (peanut butter cupcakes with grape jam filling) from The Cupcakery with adorable fondant cupcake toppers from Edible Details, Cute large peanut butter and jelly slice cookies from Auntie Bea’s Bakery, Peanut Butter and Jelly Cake Pops from Nikki’s Cake Pops, Nutterbutters and small strawberry and grape cookies from Crafted Cookies, PB&J Popcorn, PB&J Puppy Chow, PB&J Donuts, PB&J Sandwiches and a PB&J cake (I totally made this myself!!  Tutorial coming next week!).  They also drank some yummy milk and strawberry lemon-ade.
